1. Merchant Responsibility

• Zarleeah Marketplace is a platform that facilitates transactions between independent merchants and buyers.

• All shipping, delivery, and logistics obligations rest solely with the merchant.

• Zarleeah Marketplace does not assume responsibility for delays, damages, losses, or non-delivery of goods.

2. Default Shipping Framework (Where Merchants Do Not Specify)

To ensure compliance with South African consumer protection and export laws, the following framework applies by default:

Domestic Orders (South Africa)

• Merchants must dispatch goods within 5 business days of payment confirmation.

• Delivery should occur within 7–10 business days after dispatch.

• Tracking information must be provided where available.

• In cases of non-delivery within 30 days, buyers may seek remedies directly from the merchant under the Consumer Protection Act (CPA). Zarleeah Marketplace is not liable for enforcement.

International Orders

• Merchants are responsible for compliance with South African export laws and destination country import regulations.

• Delivery typically ranges from 14–30 business days, subject to customs clearance.

• Buyers are responsible for all import duties, VAT, and customs fees.

• Merchants must not ship to restricted destinations under South African law.

3. Buyer Responsibilities

• Buyers must ensure accurate shipping details.

• Buyers bear responsibility for customs duties and taxes on international orders.

• Any disputes regarding shipping must be resolved directly with the merchant.

4. Zarleeah Marketplace Disclaimer

• Zarleeah Marketplace does not control, manage, or guarantee merchant shipping practices.

• Zarleeah Marketplace is not liable for delays, damages, or losses arising from merchant shipping activities.
