You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time. This page explains what happens when you delete your account and how to initiate the process.
When you delete your account, the following information will be permanently removed:
- Your account profile and login credentials
- Saved addresses and contact information
- Order history and purchase records
- Saved payment methods
- Wishlist and saved items
- Email preferences and marketing subscriptions
For legal, tax, and fraud prevention purposes, we may retain certain information as required by law, including:
- Transaction records for tax compliance (typically 7 years)
- Records necessary for dispute resolution
- Information required to comply with legal obligations
Once you submit your account deletion request:
- Your account will be deactivated immediately
- Personal data will be deleted within 30 days
- You will receive a confirmation email when the process is complete
Important: This action cannot be undone. You will lose access to your order history, and any pending orders or returns must be completed before deletion.
