Our whole brisket comes deboned and is the perfect cut to roast in your smoker or make some delicious pulled beef with!

Please note: beef brisket is a fatty cut.

Grass fed and dry aged, our free range beef by BILAMI ARTISAN MEATS is from the Swartland, where they are raised in pastures and never receive any growth hormones or routine antibiotics. 

After the beef is aged appropriately, it is cut, vacuum packed and immediately frozen. As with all our products we truly believe in this method of preserving the taste, flavour and freshness of our meats.
