Our beef rashers come bone in and are cut Kalbi style from the short rib. This truly delicious treat which is well known in Korean BBQ, works great on the braai or even when just grilled in a pan.
Grass fed and dry aged, our free range beef by BILAMI ARTISAN MEATS is from the Swartland, where they are raised in pastures and never receive any growth hormones or routine antibiotics.
After the beef is aged appropriately, it is cut, vacuum packed and immediately frozen. As with all our products we truly believe in this method of preserving the taste, flavour and freshness of our meats.
