Dark red, air dried salted beef made on the farm. Normally found in Italian delis, this is from Boschendal and our butcher is adept at making it. Eat as a snack, take it on a picnic or make it a feature of your next charcuterie platter.
Ingredients: beef, salt, spices, sodium ascorbate, sugar and sodium nitrate.
