John B Rosé 2026
WINEMAKER’S COMMENTS
The wine has a lovely floral bouquet, expressing a mixture of berry-fruit flavours which carry through to the palate. A good lift of acidity makes for a long-lasting aftertaste. A fresh, fruity wine, for everyday enjoyment.

VITICULTURE
The Cinsaut vines were planted in 2012 and the soil type is calcareous.
WINEMAKING
The Cinsaut grapes were machine-harvested at night at 22 °B. In the cellar, after cold-settling, the clean juice was inoculated with a specially cultivated wine yeast and cold-fermented in stainless steel tanks at 15 °Celsius. After fermentation, the wine is left on the fine lees for two months.
FOOD PAIRING & SERVING SUGGESTION
A perfect partner for salads, seafood and light meals in general. Ideal for outdoor picnics and no need for a corkscrew, it’s screw-cap! Serve chilled (7-10°C).
