Our free range lamb mince is minced from the belly (breast) of the lamb which is a well fatted cut with a lot of flavour. Lamb mince is perfect for dishes like shepherd's pie, moussaka, burgers and koftas.
Being both farmer and butcher, we select only the best, guaranteeing quality and consistency. Our lamb is certified free range karoo lamb and never receive any growth hormones or routine antibiotics.
