Our karoo lamb tjops are beautifully cut, portioned and vacuum packed in a sealed box. Choose your ideal fat ratio, LEAN, STANDARD or FAT and have your box hand delivered to your door.

Our lamb tjopbox contains:

• chump (rump) tjops
• leg tjops
• riblets

All our boxes contain the same amount of tjops, a heavier box is simply just cut from larger lamb and will therefore have larger tjops. If you prefer larger/thicker tjops, we recommend you go for a heavier box.

Being both farmer and butcher, we select only the best stock for our lamb boxes, ensuring unmatched quality and consistency. Our lamb is free range, raised in the Karoo on natural veld - without the use of growth hormones or routine antibiotics.
